Thanks! Yes my husband and I both – over 100 lbs lost between us. It’s really been an amazing experience. I need new show shirts and a second pair of show breeches so hopefully I make a decent amount of proceeds!

Thanks! I’m more nervous about maintaining it! I’m really a planner so counting calories (ie seeing the in vs out of providing your body with what it needs) works well for me but I’d love to just get to the point where I can be more natural about eating. Hopefully the lifestyle change will just stick. 🙂
