Hard to believe it was four years ago today that Phoenix became mine for the second time. Time flies. 🙂
Mr P the day he became mine for the second time
I’ll never forget the feeling I had when I first saw him again in 2010, covered in scabs, missing hair, and with messed up feet. He looked so depressed and lacked the personality I knew even though I could tell he recognized me. I knew right then that he needed to come home, and I’m forever thankful to my parents and my husband for helping make it happen. This boy just belongs with me, no other way to describe it.
He is so handsome
Caring for P through his medical issues and injuries at various times, and the stresses of owning two horses while working full-time has not always been easy, but having Phoenix back is worth everything.
